Sassy is the sweetest girl, just a little misunderstood. She has some fear of males, but she has gotten better. She just needs a slow introduction. She has been looking for her forever family for a long time. She is spayed and up to date on shots. She gets along great with most dogs (especially male dogs), loves to run and play, and just wants someone to love her for her. 

This little beauty came in as an owner surrender. She has been through a lot in her short life, being handed off to one person after another! She is safe now and looking for her forever, no more bouncing around! Loretta is a little sweetheart with a little dose of "don't mess with me". She does well with other dogs, but will stand her ground if another dog decides to be mean. She absolutely LOVES to play with the hose and chase the water all over! A home without young children would be best for Loretta, just because she is a ball of energy! She seems to do fine with cats too!  Are you the one to give Loretta her forever and always?

Pippy came in as an owner surrender for fighting with the other dogs in the home over people food. SInce being in the shelter, she has not barked at another dog or shown any aggression. As a matter of fact, she is quiet, respectful, calm, and sooo loving! She is looking for a home with a patient family that understands she may need to be crated or removed during meal times, at least untiil she learns some manners. While she seems to be fine with the other dogs, we think a single dog home may be better for her, unless her new family is willing to work with her people food obsession and she would need to meet any resident dogs first. She really is a wonderful dog! Are you her one and only?

Miss Willow was adopted, but sadly she was returned. The reason? Separation anxiety!! She just wants to be with her people! She gets along with most dogs, is calm, loves to snuggle, loves to lay in the sun and may even play in the water with you. Willow needs a forever home! She was found as a stray, starving and hot, over a year ago, spent months in the shelter, then weeks in another shelter, to finally be adopted, only to be returned for loving too much! Who wants to show Willow that it's ok to love with all your heart?

Bullet is a really good boy and seems to do well with other dogs and kids, not so much cats! He walks well on a leash and loves to run and play. He is a silly boy who just wants love! He learns routines quickly and likes to have consistency in his daily life. 

Werther has been a wonderful shelter guest! He is a little silly, loves attention, is quiet, and seems to get along with other dogs. He does have to use a harness. He can't have a collar and leash, because of past trauma to his trachea. He has bunches of energy and needs a home where he can have the time and space to run that off. He is a great dog and just wants his furever family to find him!

Mowgli has been waiting a long time to find his person. He is a sweet guy who has a lot of energy. He loves to play, run, and get all of the attention that he can. He is dog selective, although he gets along with most. Come meet this good looking boy and see if you want to make his dreams come true!

These pups will likely be medium sized once grown. 

Seven pups came in to the shelter, so we had to name them the days of the week! But we went fancy and used Spanish instead! Meet Lunes, Martes, Miercoles, Jueves, Viernes, Sabado, and Domingo. (Miercoles has went to rescue) The boys are Viernes and Domingo, the rest are girls. These guys are typical puppies!

They will all need to be spayed/neutered and given a rabies shot before adoption, unless an agreement is made with an adopter, as all dogs must be altered and not bred, on purpose or "by accident".  If you are interested in meeting them, please complete an app, and we will be in touch.
